Job Responsibilities:
- Handle legal contracts (e.g. Purchase and Sales Agreement, Storage Agreements, Tenders etc.)
- Co-ordinate negotiations with third parties around any contract discrepancies
- Responsible for negotiation and management of Brokerage Agreement, Clearing Broker Agreement, and Brokers’ commission
- Evaluate and enhance processes, rules and protocols for administration and execution of contracts and agreements
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Maritime Studies / Law / Supply Chain Management or related field
- Knowledge about the energy market in Asia would be advantageous
- Team player, with good communication & interpersonal skills
