- Day-to-Day Secretarial Support: Managing calendars & meetings, scheduling and organising in-person/ virtual appointments & engagements, business/personal travel arrangements, filing of documentations including expense claims etc
- CommunicationManagement: Handle incoming calls and confidential documents.
- Administrative Support: Filing of documentation, expense claims etc
- Meeting Coordination: Liaise with internal and external executives to coordinate in-person and virtual meetings.
- Event Assistance: Working together with other secretarial colleagues to ensure the success of off-site events
- Travel Planning: Handle end-to-end travel arrangements, including visa processing, scheduling, and itinerary for principal and accompanying members
- Other adhoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Min Degree in any fields
- Excellent in using Microsoft Office and other office technology.
