Requirements:

• Positive and professional working attitude, ability to work under minimum supervision.
• Hands-on experience on LAN/WAN and security solutions would be an advantage. (Those without can be considered for a junior position)
• Familiar with functionalities of IP networks & routing protocol, BGP, OSPF, DNS, AD, Proxy, etc.
• Ability to work independently but still a team player.
• Territory Qualification preferred but not mandatory
• Knowledge / Experience in Firewall, Proxy, Anti-spam, VMware, Load Balancer would be an advantage. (Those without can be considered for a junior position)
• Product certification like Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Check Point CCSE, Bluecoat BCCPP, Brocade BCNP/BCLP would be advantage. (Those without can be considered for a junior position)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide pre-sales technical support on assigned cybersecurity product to customers and partners.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
• Minimum 1 years working experience in Pre-Sales activities to large enterprise or government sector or related field.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the security industry.
• Ready to perform demo & presentation on product expertise on keys security technologies.
• Possess good technical knowledge in Internet architecture, network infrastructure, Software Define Networks, Network Performance tools and solutions, UNIX, Windows, VMware, Security covering Endpoint, Email, Web & Cloud.
• Able to design an architecture & write proposal.
• Industry or Technical Certification (ie. CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, MCSE, CISSP, CEH) is a plus.
• Deep knowledge on SSE products (Netskope/SkyHigh Security/Versa Networks) will be preferred.
• Exposure to security software solutions like Endpoint Security, Firewall, Content Security, Intrusion prevention, Web & Email Security, Encryption, Data Protection, Vulnerability Management and Compliance & Audit will be added advantage.

This position is responsible for the overall performances of the agency Security Officers and the company’s housekeeping team.
