• To visit newly admitted patients and to ensure confidentiality at all times
• Conduct regular visits to wards to check on patient's well being / address requests / potential feedbacks
• To be able to provide service recovery for potential feedbacks
• Redirect patients based on mitgting routes during different phases of renovations / lift prioritization based on emergency matrix

Requirements:

• Min GCE N/O/A Levels or Diploma in any fields
• Prior experience in customer service / healthcare is preferred
• Able to commit for a minimum of 6 months
