Job Description:

• Uphold quality in every process of Distribution and Production operations undertaken
• Fully understand and adhere to all instructions as detailed in distribution & batch documents and SOPs
• Complete all documentation in compliance with the principles of cGMPs
• Perform routine cleaning of equipment and packaging rooms according to appropriate SOPs.
• Carry out housekeeping of the warehouse to ensure it is consistently clean and tidy
• Count and record materials required for use in operations. Ensure all materials are handled carefully and in the correct manner
• (Quality) Report any known breaches in procedure, or any examples of substandard quality to supervisor
• Undertake additional duties or specific tasks as designated by superiors
• Receive incoming or returned materials in an efficient manner and perform putaway followed by the uploading of details into the Inventory Management System accordingly
• Ensure the correct picking of materials for all Distribution Orders
• Perform all Distribution activities in accordance with SOPs and Distribution instructions to ensure efficient, exact and secure completion
• Perform and maintain accurate computer transactions in line with Distribution and Inventory Management systems
• Process material for all packaging disciplines
• (Quality) Undertake packaging duties in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice as detailed in relevant SOPs.
• Hold responsibility for verification of materials processed by completing all relevant documentation.

Job Description:

1. Demand Planning

• Lead in the operations planning process and collaborate with multiple functions within the organization like the Planning team, Marketing & Sales, Operations, Customer Service to ensure the availability of our products.

• Prepare inventory replenishment plan, present to country presidents and customer service to confirm and launch.

• Enter distribution order (DO) in ERP, work with planners and shipping executives to ship to regional warehouses.

• Review inventory status of all regional warehouses regularly and take immediate action to reschedule DO.

• Work with tollers and cross functional teams for supply.

• Work with affiliated manufacturing sites and cross functional teams for supply.

2. Inventory Management

• Receive purchased products in ERP for inventory or drop shipments.

• Perform inventory transactions in regional warehouses.

• Reivew aging and expired stock in regional warehouses and work with country presidents for actions.

• Actively contribute to the analysis of sales and stock data, establish reports.

• Master Data management

• Lead in stock take in regional warehouses.

• Perform site audit with QA team.

3. Operations Support

• Play an active role in key projects focused on improving the supply chain

Job Description:

• • Develop and foster strong relationship with key account.
• • Serve as the key liaison person between client and internal departments on request and issue resolution.

• • Analyse Forecast Variance and identify strategies to improve the Forecasting process to minimize the variance.
• • Analyse the variance of demand and supply, pro-actively monitor the fulfillment gaps, drive investigation of root cause and recovery plan
• • Establish appropriate safety stock level meeting required service levels.
• • Drives continuous improvement initiatives to meet inventory goals
• • Reviews slow moving items, block inventories according to Excess and Obsolescence Policy.
• • Effectively use ERP system to manage high number of material SKUs.
• • Review work processes and initiate process improvement plans.
