• Timely review of ad-hoc escalated review

• Communicate with relevant business line and other functional units to provide AML and transaction monitoring advisory

• Conduct Due Diligence and background check on suspicious cases/alerts

• Ensure timely escalation of alerts

• Contribute and maintain Key Risk Indicators

Job Requirements:

• Degree in any relevant discipline

• 1 to 3 years of relevant Compliance/KYC/CDD experience

• Salary ranges between S$3,000 to S$4,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

- Lead and provide guidance within the Transaction Monitoring and Sanction function

- Oversight of day to day Transaction Monitoring and Sanction function and monitor aging status

- Review and checking of response for Production Orders

- Review quarterly sample testing on Accuity (trade financing) alerts

- Annual review of transaction monitoring parameters and thresholds

- Review gap analysis performed by business units and assessed by team members

- Assist in audit and regulatory inspections/requests

- Review of AML policy and procedure and to undertake appropriate changes

- Any other project(s) assigned from time to time

Job Requirements:

- Minimum Degree in Banking / Finance or related field

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in AML / Transaction Monitoring & Investigation

- Meticulous and has a keen eye for detail

• To ensure timely review of alerts from Group approved AML transaction monitoring system, escalations on suspicious AML/CFT activities from business/support units and cases arising from other relevant sources
• To ensure timely submission of suspicious activity/transactions reports to the relevant law enforcement authorities or Financial Intelligence Units
• To provide relevant and emerging AML/CFT risk issues from analysis of suspicious activity/transactions reports submitted.
• Prepare and submit suspicious activity/transactions reports to the relevant local law enforcement authorities
• Perform analysis of suspicious activity/transaction reports
• Ensure proper documentation and record keeping of reviews and investigation cases

Job Requirements

• Min. 1-2 years of relevant compliance experience
