Responsibilities:
- The key responsibilities of this role is to maintain and service existing clients to increase sales and revenue.
- Identify sales opportunities and closing sales
- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, follow up on accounts and leads
- Build good rapport with customers, understand customer needs and requirements
- Meeting customers to build rapport, maintain relationship, and expand database of customers
- Answering to phone calls, emails and enquiries
- Processing quotations, item status, arranging for deliveries to ensure customers orders are scheduled on-time
- Follow up on sales order, shipment and payment status
- Respond to customers' enquiries including quotations, order status, delivery schedules etc. promptly
- Handles post-sales follow-ups or enquiries from customers
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships
- Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
