Additionally, you'll report any irregularities observed during maintenance, complete maintenance logs and schedules accurately and on time, and ensure compliance with building and fire safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in building or facilities maintenance
• NITEC in Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical, Facility Technology or equivalent
• Good working knowledge in building, mechanical & electrical systems
• Able to work on rotating shift, public holidays and weekends
