Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough specification and drawing studies, coordinate inspections, and highlight any discrepancies discovered.
- Advise site supervisors as instructed by RE or RTO, and discuss discrepancies with sub-subcontractors regarding drawings and work methodology.
- Collate all necessary reports and inspection forms for installation documentation
- Assist supervisors and subcontractors in resolving site discrepancies and constraints
- Oversee working methods according to safety requirements with guidance from the WSHO when needed
Requirement:
- Must possess a BIM Certificate, specialised in Civil and Structure
- Having 3 or more years of working experience in established Building Construction Company will be a bonus
( Projects involving school and institutions construction)
