Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure manufacturing processes operated with minimize manufacturing costs
- Maintain work safety practice and product quality plan
- Schedule production staff according to workload requirements
- Prepare process documentation such as work instruction and process specifications
- Ensure the subordinates are trained and equipped with up-to-date knowledge and skills
- Assist HR in OT records, performance reviews and recruitment
- Prepare reports and maintain up-to-date training manuals and make recommendations for operation improvement
- Other relevant ad-hoc duties
Key Requirements:
- Min 2 years of experience in manufacturing production
- Preferably with mechanical background
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin speaking clients / stakeholders
