Our client
MNC in air conditioning ventilation system solution serving high tech industry
Job Scope:
- Plan and manage HVAC projects for data centers.
- Lead project meetings and collaborate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Review project specs, drawings, and contracts for compliance.
- Monitor site progress and address any technical or operational issues.
- Prepare schedules, reports, and project documentation.
- Oversee procurement of materials and equipment.
- Ensure workplace safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct site inspections and guide the project team.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in ACMV/HVAC or related M&E projects.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems for data centers.
- Strong project management skills.
