· Collaborating with Procurement staff to list expected deliveries
· Quality check upon products arrival
· Monthly Inventory duties
· Receiving shipments and signing paperwork upon receipt
· Products to inspect to ensure they are not damaged
· Maintain proper documentation
· Input GRN (Goods Receive) into system daily.
· Daily stock management for fresh produce. (FIFO, Trimming, Sorting)
· Daily Wastage recording.
