Job Scope:

• Liaise and work with solution providers for the setup and troubleshooting of the IT systems hardware.
• Experiences in troubleshooting, installation, configuration, diagnostic and maintenance for Desktop, Laptop, Server, Storage, Tape Library and Network Switch.
• Implement, test and troubleshoot servers, security and network equipment in IT system.
• Coordinating with Auditor on the scope and execution of the security testing Conduct hardening of servers /network equipment according to hardening baselines.
• Conduct maintenance for FES and network equipment and conduct Site Testing
• Prepare monthly report.
• Standby 24/7 for Maintenance fault response.

Requirements;

• Diploma in Computer Science, Infocomm, or related field.
• Knowledge of Networking, firewall and other security technology.
• Knowledge of Linux is good to have

Work Requirement

1) Conduct Site Survey, Supervision, Testing of Cameras and lead a team of site supervisors.

2) Co-ordinate and liaising with sub-contractors and relevant Authority on safety aspect of work. Monitor of site work carried out by sub-contractors according to specification and standards e.g. Evacuation, conduit/ pipe laying works, installation, maintenance etc.

3) Supervise on sub-contractor’s work.

4) Peform Testing and Commissioning, and submit relevant documentations for acknowledgement and approval.

Qualification

Higher Nitec and Diploma in Electrical/ IT related.

Experience in CCTV / Surveillance equipment preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Work with project managers and engineers within the security surveillance / CCTV technology infrastructure environment;
• Responsible for understanding the business processes and evaluate the viability and feasibility of implementing them;
• Assist in monitoring and reporting of project progress, issues, and risks to ensure deliverables are on track;
• Oversee technology systems infrastructure deployments / upgrades;
• Ensure necessary changes/enhancements are implemented and documented as per corporate standards and guidelines.
• Liaise with authorities, consultants and subcontractors;
• Facilitate meetings among all stakeholders/ vendors regularly and produce status update reports periodically.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems;
• Track record in management of Government related projects;
• Formal project management training or certifications is a plus

Job Scope:

• Deploy, configure, monitor and review security policies of products and solutions.
• Develop and maintain technical, operational and configuration documentations required for project implementation.
• Stay up-to-date on the current threat landscape and cybersecurity events, continuous knowledge improvement in tools and best practices in Cyber Security Protection
• Vendor coordination and management for product implementation and troubleshooting.
• Evaluate security products and conduct Proof of Concept (POC) to verify the effectiveness of each security measures, and to make certain that the security measures will continue to be effective after implementation.
• Provide technical support and incident response for IT security infrastructure components to the maintenance team.
• Liaise and work with solution providers for the setup and troubleshooting of the IT systems hardware, in Data Centre environment.
• Planning and execution of system administration, installation, deployment, testing and commissioning.

Requirements;

• Diploma in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Knowledge of Networking, firewall and other security technology.

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology / Cybersecurity / Computer Science / System Engineering
• Min. 4 years related work experience
• Certification in Cisco CCNA, MCSE, VMware, SAN Storage preffered.

Scope:

• Perform operation and support, maintenance for IT systems in a 24 x 7 environment.
• Provide Level-2 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues.

• Responds to queries, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problem, and

Work Experience : 1 - 2 years

Education: Higher Nitec or Diploma in computer engineering or equivalent.

- Perform L1 troubleshooting on IT systems.

- Perform onsite installation / updating of system software or patches.

- Perform periodic preventive maintenance on system.

- Carry out deployment, relocation & decommission of IT system.

- Liaise with 3rd party or equipment vendors to resolve problems.

- Ability to work independantly and manage own's schedule.

- Preferable Nitec / Diploma in IT or Electronics related discipline.
