【What will you be working on】
- Organisational management of the company as a whole, comprising the Sales and Administration departments.
- Supervisory management of offices in Thailand and Vietnam as well as Singapore.
- Targeted numerical management to achieve sales budgets (sales, purchases, operating profit, inventory)
- Regular reporting to the head office in Japan, applications for approval and negotiations.
- Order approval, bank payment approval, cash flow management, compliance management, salary and bonus evaluation.
- Sales promotion activities and progress management for Japanese and ASEAN local customers (including India).
【What we're looking for】
【MUST】
- More than 15 years of sales experience in the electronic components industry.
- Minimum 15 years of experience and knowledge of management in similar industry.
- Proficient in spoken, written and reading Japanese (equivalent to JLPT1 level) in order to liaises with native counterparts and the Japan HQ for business activities and internal reporting matters.
- Able to understand the contents of inquiries and consultations from clients, and is able to discuss with the related departments in Japan and other countries in order to give detailed explanations to clients and internal.
- Understands the business strategy and plan of the related departments in Japan, and execute them smoothly.
