- Job Description:
Finance Transformation & Leadership: Oversee the finance function, driving transformation initiatives in financial reporting, regulatory accounting, tax management, and performance monitoring. Ensure robust financial controls and efficient capital management.
Strategic Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with senior leadership to optimize investments, influence business strategies, and improve operational performance. Provide actionable financial insights and establish long-term financial plans.
Investor Relations & Stakeholder Management: Engage with the board, investors, and key stakeholders to shape financial strategy, align with growth objectives, and strengthen investor confidence.
Actively identify opportunities and implement the Group’s tax strategy that optimize the Group’s effective tax rate.
Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to enhance the organization’s financial stability and drive value creation by ensuring optimal liquidity, effective risk management, and alignment with global financial strategies
2. Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting/Business/Finance (or related field)
- 10 years + senior level financial management experience including planning, taxation, compliance and reporting.
- A clear understanding of the professional, ethical and legal responsibilities relevant to the position and demonstrated ability to maintain compliance, manage risks and promote corporate governance.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work across multiple time zones
