· Proficiency in the use of specialized tools and equipment to disassemble, reassemble and test mobile equipment.

· Follow standardized repair procedures and quality control measures to ensure repairs comply with company standards and industry specifications.
· Conduct thorough testing and inspection of repaired equipment to verify functionality and identify any remaining issues.
· Accurately and comprehensively document maintenance activities, including parts used, repairs performed and test results.
Recommend suitable mobile phone accessories according to customer needs.
