Responsibilities
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the security services sector (e.g., corporate clients, commercial properties, residential estates, government agencies).
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, repeat business, and customer loyalty
- Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends, competitor offerings, and potential business opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies to approach potential clients and close new business deals.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase security service offerings.
- Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and service agreements tailored to client needs.
- Work closely with operational teams to ensure that security services are delivered as promised, meeting quality and compliance standards.

- Manage & communicate with relevant authorities & government departments such as MOM, PLRD, etc
- Able to work on weekend and support with event management
- Manage deployment and rostering of manpower
- Additional assignments as assigned by the Management
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Proven success in business development and sales of Managed Services.
• Strong understanding of managed security service industry.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Salary Offer:
Up to $5,500 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
