- Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety concerns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Manage and resolve tenant and resident inquiries or complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Supervise contractors and service providers for maintenance, landscaping, and cleaning services, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Ensure compliance with building and safety regulations, including fire safety and workplace safety standards.
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of the property budget, ensuring cost-effective operations and reporting on expenditures.
- Plan and implement estate improvement projects, including renovations and upgrades, to enhance property value.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of leases, contracts, and property-related documentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Property / Facilities / Building / Real Estate / Engineering or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in township / estate management
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem solving skills
