Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate the Director's appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring efficient time management.
- Manage emails, phone calls, and messages, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting agendas; maintain accurate records and filing systems.
- Act as the point of contact for clients, assisting with inquiries and ensuring excellent client service.
- Assist in coordinating team activities, meetings, and training sessions as directed by the Director.
- Organize travel plans, including booking flights, accommodation, and preparing itineraries.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Manage office supplies, update databases, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Perform additional duties assigned by the Director to support business operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in business administration or equivalent
- At least 1 – 2 years of relevant administration experience
- Candidates with experience in the insurance industry will be highly preferred
- Good organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
