Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist residents, contractors, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate departments, and handle inquiries effectively.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for residents with relevant town council officers or departments.
- Provide information and support to residents regarding town council services, procedures, and events.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and documents; assist in maintaining records and filing systems.
- Log and track resident feedback, complaints, and service requests, ensuring follow-ups are completed promptly.
- Perform general office duties, such as data entry, photocopying, and managing office supplies.
- Liaise with internal departments and external service providers for smooth operations.
- Ensure adherence to town council policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality.
- Support town council events by managing visitor registrations and providing on-site assistance.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE N / O level / Nitec in business administration or equivalent
- At least 1 year of relevant receptionist / customer service experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS office
