• Experience in managing and handling a portfolio of clients across diverse industries
• Formation of Singapore companies and offshore companies
• Attend to routine corporate secretarial matters such as Annual General Meeting, filing of annual return, change of officers, share transfer and allotment, updating registers and minute book etc.
• Perform customer due diligence (on-boarding and on-going monitoring)
• Monitor deadlines and compliance with statutory requirements, AML, Terrorism
• Attend to striking-off of companies, employment pass applications, administration of CorpPass etc.
• Strong knowledge with Statutory Reporting, filing with ACRA and IRAS and Companies Acts
• Provide good client service ensuring clients receive prompt responses to requests and queries
• Maintain a well-organized filing system in order to enable efficient retrieval of information and documents to clients and auditors
• Sufficient corporate secretarial experiences to be able to handle corporate secretarial works independently
• Administrative and other relevant duties as assigned by manager

Requirements

• Candidates possess a diploma, degree or other professional qualifications in Business Studies or Law or currently pursuing ICSA
• Strong knowledge of Companies Acts
• Knowledge of VCC incorporation will be added advantage
• Minimum 3 years corporate secretarial experience
• Possess positive attitude and responsible
• Mature thinking and service oriented
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently and work under tight deadlines

Duties and responsibilities:

· Responsible to prepare full set of accounts

· Perform bank reconciliation

· Preparation of accounting schedules

· Assist on client yearly audit

· Preparation of payroll, CPF/IR8A form for clients

· To prepare / review necessary data or work papers from clients so as to prepare for quarterly GST tax returns.

· Preparation and computation of local taxes, submission of tax return and compliance with local tax regulations

· Withholding tax advisory and filing

· Assist to review tax work prepared by junior staff

· Respond within short time frame as well as anticipating client queries

· Keeping clients informed of tax status progress in relation to all aspects of the service provided

· Assist to manage a portfolio of clients including control of billings and outstanding invoices

· Correspond with IRAS tax officers on any ad hoc tax matters

· Strong technical knowledge of Singapore corporate income tax and GST.

· Knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (FRS)

· Able to manage multiple projects with tight timelines

· Strong technical knowledge of Singapore corporate income tax and GST.

· Tax planning and advice to client

· Prepare unaudited financial statements

· Undertake ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned by Manager and Director

Requirements

· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

· At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

· Preferably to be an Accredited Tax Practitioner (Income Tax)

· Preferably Junior and Senior Executive specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting, Audit and Tax or equivalent.

· Candidate with audit and tax experience will be added advantage

· Able to perform good quality work in a capable, efficient and appropriate manner.
