o Understanding & application of planning & building regulations.
o Checking drawings for compliance with planning and building regulations.
o Interpretation of Architect’s sketches and specifications and CAD-manual drafting, from concept design to construction details, for regulations compliance.
o Organizing the filing and retrieval of submission drawings & authorities’ information.
o Co-ordinating the preparation & submission of forms, drawings and information required by authorities for approval and TOP/CSC.
o Tabulating floor area calculations and coloring of submission drawings.
o Assist Project Architect during site inspections on matters related to building regulations.
o Liaise and attend Consultantations or Site Meetings on matters related to building regulations.
o Maintain standard drafting and documentation templates.
