We’re looking for open-minded enablers to join the Patient Interface Team and change lives through solving challenging problems – whilst having fun doing it! Joining a team of 5 you will work collaboratively with another team on an exciting project in its early stages.
Let’s talk about the role
Responsibilities will include:
Integrating ideas by taking into account the needs of our customers, usability, therapy,
technology trends, intellectual property, environmental factors and design for high volume
manufacturing;
• Building relationships that foster passion for design and delivery of ground breaking
products;
• Understanding people and producing thoughtful products that make their lives better;
Solving complex problems through an innovative and thorough approach to development,
and whilst performing with the right level of detail.
• Research, design and development from concept through to production.
Let’s talk about you
• Degree in Engineering, Industrial design or related field
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar environment
• Analytical/problem solving skills and robust part design experience;
• Demonstrated ability using 3D CAD;
• Demonstrated ability in plastic part design;
• Knowledge of Design for Manufacturability (DFM), and Design for Assembly (DFA);
• Experience in wearable product design is desirable;
• Experience in textile, clothing or footwear industry is desirable;
• Flexible and comfortable working in a quickly changing environment;
• Ability to provide a voice for the requirements related to the needs of our users and customers.
