Responsibilities

• Support the senior management team in developing brand strategies that elevate the RWS brand portfolio, master brand and vertical brands, including defining brand positioning and crafting narratives that play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness and business growth.
• Work with cross-functional teams and external partners to translate the brand positioning into immersive, sensory experiences that create value for our customers and increase brand affinity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, external partners, stakeholders and vendors to execute brand experiences and activations.
• Research and analyse emerging market trends – translate them into actionable insights and seek out new growth opportunities.
• Translate commercial ideas and concepts into impactful and persuasive business presentations with compelling storytelling content, with the objective of forging new partnerships and enhancing stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in brand management, brand development, customer journey mapping, or marketing communications.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written communication skills, able to write/edit both short- and long-form content in a variety of styles.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize projects effectively in a fast-paced and fluid environment, with an eye for detail.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Creative and analytical thinker with the ability to develop on-brand experiences and activations.
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end projects, from ideation through to execution.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field would be a plus.
• Knowledge in working with Adobe Creative Suites would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure implementation of company’s data protection framework and program which includes policies, procedures and processes.
• Monitor compliance with relevant data protection laws and regulations, ensure business units’ adherence to data protection policies, procedures and processes, conduct audits and reports on data incidents.
• Identify and implement controls to align business operations with data protection requirements.
• Conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) to assist internal stakeholder in risks or gaps mitigation to achieve regulatory compliance.
• Interface with various stakeholders to provide real time advisory on data protection and innovation matters or enquiries.
• Conduct trainings on data protection regulations, guidelines and to review into data protection related contractual obligations (alongside the Legal team).
• Provide assistance on data access and correction requests to various business units.
• Other duties include monitoring changes to the data protection landscape, annual internal review of processes, maintaining quality assurance of documentation to ensure accountability under relevant data protection laws and regulations.

Requirements

• University degree
• IT security, compliance, enterprise risk, audit or related background is an advantage
• Minimum 3 years of regulatory compliance experience covering personal data protection or PDPA
• CIPP/CIPM/CIPT or other relevant certification is an added advantage
• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders, to influence and drive projects
• Self-driven, motivated with business-oriented mindset to deliver solutions and results
• Good negotiation and communication skills, which is essential to foster a strong data protection culture throughout the Company and to maintain and enhance stakeholders’ trust.
