Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Marketing Executive to join our leading FMCG (beauty & personal care) brand. The ideal candidate is highly driven with a proven track record in creating and managing end-to-end online and offline marketing campaigns. As a key player in the team, you will take charge of shaping the brand's content and product marketing strategy, leading brand launches and events while managing a dedicated team.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of brand and product marketing initiatives across the customer funnel, focusing on driving revenue and engagement.
- Spearhead social content strategy across all channels, optimizing for awareness, conversion, and engagement.
- Assist in the development and execution of trade marketing strategies and consumer engagement activities.
- Develop strategic partnerships that advance brand and company objectives, overseeing the entire process from conception to execution and maintaining effective relationship management.
- Initiate and oversee paid advertising campaigns across channels like paid search, social media, etc., aiming to maximize online visibility and achieve targeted results.
- Build and maintain relationships with media stakeholders, leveraging a strong understanding of the local media landscape.
- Collaborate with eCommerce team and agencies (media, events and PR) to develop and execute retail promotions, brand campaigns, and product launches.
- Craft clear and compelling copy for various mediums, including social media, blog posts, and newsletters.
- Responsible for monthly reports analyzing brand and competitor performance, offering insights and identifying growth opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, ensuring content remains current and ahead of the curve on social media.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- A good degree or diploma in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in a 360 marketing role – encompassing event management, public relations, communications, and digital marketing, ideally within the FMCG / beauty industry.
- Strong proficiency in English (both written and spoken) required, with copywriting skills a plus.
- Basic proficiency in spoken and written Chinese preferred for effective communication with overseas counterparts.
- Passionate about and up-to-date on e-commerce and social media trends (Instagram, TikTok).
- Familiarity with WordPress and blog content creation is ideal.
- Meticulous with strong attention to detail.
- Results-oriented, resourceful and able to work independently and with teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong aesthetic flair, and preferably with basic skills in Adobe Illustrator, or online image-editing software such as Photopea.
