Roles & Responsibilities
• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, installation and repairs of Company's Power Tools
• Assist customers in technical solution and problem solving by performing testing & repair works
• Analysis, interpretation & troubleshooting of Power Tools
• Monitor inventory of spare parts and equipment
• Keep track of history service repairs
• Produce timely and detailed service report
• Maintain cleanliness and safey at work area
Job Requirements
• Has experience with power tools and diagnostic tools
• Candidates with 1 year experience in technical service of power tools will have an added advantage
• Good communication skills
• Able and willing to learn about products
• Good working attitude
• Team player
• Detailed & organised
