Job Description:
- Manage the day-to-day operations including HR operations, marketing and
infrastructure
- Develop HR tools and strategy to ensure low attrition rate and increase diversity
- Transform marketing from traditional to digital and social marketing to increase
reach, drive marketing share of wallet equally to each business unit: Talent Staffing,
Consultancy and Courses
- Improve operation processes and the infrastructure to
A) Tools development to enable database integrity and efficient database processing
for all business units
B) implement AI tools to improve operations efficiency and productivity
Qualification and Requirements:
• Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 10 years of internship or working experience.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to use Canva or similar design tools for creating marketing materials
