Job Responsibilities
As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will:

• Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Plan, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns across all digital and traditional channels.
• Create engaging content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok, to grow audience engagement and brand awareness.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions for our diamond offerings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities and improve marketing effectiveness.
• Organize and manage events, exhibitions, and partnerships to showcase our brand.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, ensuring continuous improvement.

Requirements

• A diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in luxury goods or the jewelry industry.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Creative mindset with excellent communication and content creation skills.
• Ability to develop compelling marketing materials and storytelling content.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
• Proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
