Luluto Pilates is seeking an experienced Business Director with a strong background in overseas expansion and business management. The Business Director will be responsible for leading strategic operations, driving growth, and expanding the studio’s presence internationally. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the sports and fitness industry, be proficient in Japanese and English, and have a track record of successfully managing cross-border projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Create and execute business strategies to drive the growth of Luluto Pilates in Singapore and beyond.
• Operational Oversight: Ensure efficient day-to-day operations, including staff management, client engagement, and overall service quality.
• International Expansion: Utilize 10 years of experience in overseas expansion to explore new market opportunities and lead global initiatives.
• Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance to meet business objectives.
• Client Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Marketing and Business Development: Lead marketing efforts to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.
• Bilingual Communication: Communicate effectively in both Japanese and English to manage local and international relationships.
• Fitness Expertise: Apply knowledge of the sports and fitness industry to guide program development and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Fluency in Japanese and English (spoken and written).
• Strong background in sports and fitness.
• 10 years of experience in overseas expansion and business development.
• Proven experience in business management, preferably within the fitness or wellness industry.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Strong financial acumen, with experience in managing budgets and driving business performance.
