Job Description

• Clear previous day’s props (Tick for returns)
• Serve AP (Assistant Producer)/OB (Outdoor Broadcasting) personnel (Issue props)
• Filter previous day's requisition forms
• Return props to designated racks
• Prepare advance props (5 days in advance)
• Prepare next day VTR props in the holding area
• Settle purchase items when return from purchaser
• Answering calls at office
• Handle Setting and Striking procedures
• Hang-back catalogue cards
• Clear up Conti rack when program ends
• Tidy up when messy

Key Skills Required

• Must be able to communicate, speak, and read in Mandarin & English
• Has initiative
• Able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Able to use basic computer operating
• Willing to learn and take on new challenges
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice

Right-Space Pte Ltd is looking for a smart, can-do attitude and ambitious Operation /Production Manager who inspires and deliver changes all around them. We are looking for self-starters with solid technical skills who will aggressively build the pipeline and deliver revenue.

Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will take the lead in the day-to-day management of full service studies, large component service project working with MNC clients with global project implementation.

Job Specification:

· Manage, Schedule, assign and supervise work of Operation Workforce.

· Analyse, design and improve the processes by which good and services are produced.

· Measure and improve productivity.

· Implement and manage quality assurance programs.

· Determine workload and schedules for equitable distribution of work.

· Implement and manage quality assurance programs.

· Ensure that each project is delivered on time.

· Work together with the Sales Team and Project Team to prepare quotations and action plans.

· Select and manage multiple subcontractor relationships.

· Supervise the installation and/or repair of sets or props whenever necessary.

· Interpret construction drawings/plans and prepare crew or sub-contractors.

· Respond to emergency call-outs as needed and take appropriate action.

· Perform any other duties and responsibilities as required by the Company.

Able to take client instructions and strict brand guidelines but use creativity and expertise in implementation of them whilst still delivering the artistic vision for the client.

· Required to work closely with the sales and operations team.

· Participate in meetings as and when required for specific projects and submit proposals in a timely manner.

· Provide the production team with all drawings and materials needed to produce and fabricate the designs prepared by you.

· Oversee graphic and printing needs for projects.

· Follow through the projects from beginning to the end ensuring the highest quality standards.

· Willing to put in long hours to complete specific task/project.

· Able to go onsite.

Criteria:

· 1-3 years of experience in Events, Exhibitions or Interior Design Industries.

· Diploma/ Degree in Interior Design or equivalent.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills.

· Technical knowledge of production and onsite experience.

· Proficient in 3D Studio Max, Autocad, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

· Excellent time management with a proven ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.

· Current portfolio to be submitted with your application.

· Design scope involving skills in SketchUp & Graphic Design knowledge typically.
