Roles & Responsibilities:
To contribute to overall Client Care Service by:
· Repairing all assigned cases and ensure all repairs are conducted in accordance to RIMOWA Guidelines
· Upkeep of the repair workshop and equipment
1. Technical (70%)
· Repair and service all cases assigned
· Check and examine case for areas of damage/requirements not stated in Service Form (Cross examine with Workshop Supervisor to confirm before proceeding)
· Conduct QC upon completion
· Ensure all cases are handled with care and precautions made to prevent inflicting of new scratches and damages to the case
· Ensure case is cleaned before transferring to QC station
2. After-Sales Operations (20%)
· Consult with Workshop Supervisor and Client Care Manager when case cannot be repaired or serviced by RIMOWA guideline
· To monitor inventory of parts and alert Workshop Supervisor for replenishment
· Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained and replaced whenever required
· Ensure overall tidiness of work bench, tools and equipment
· Ensure workshop safety throughout daily work
· Ensure QC-ed cases are placed at the correct out bound stations
· Hand service form of completed case to Reception to contact customer for collection
3. Attitude & Team Spirit (10%)
· Support and assistance to team mates to achieve efficiency and productivity, and commitment to ongoing improvement
