Responsible：

Lead and manage a team of sub-contractors for the construction activities

Provide for site safety and security; devise and implement site policies and procedures

Set project goals and oversee projects to completion; schedule and track assignments

Handle sensitive information with confidentiality

Ensure compliance with company or government regulations; ensure compliance with contracted service level agreements (SLAs); maintain up-to-date county, municipal, and state licensing

Communicate with customers regarding products and services

Experience & Education:

· The candidate shall have a minimum of ten (5) years of construction experience, of which about five (3) years shall be in managing the construction of projects of similar size and complexity to the project

· Construction manager in Infrastructure (LTA) project (depot, underground metro, road tunnel and etc.)

· Mechanical Engineering degree holder

· More than 10-year experience in the construction industry
