About The Company:

• US based listed Global Logistics & Freight Forwarding MNC which providing services for Ocean Freight, Air Freight, Custom Brokerage, Domestic Distribution and etc…
• Location : Walking Distance from Somerset MRT
• Working Hours : Monday to Friday 9.30am to 6.00pm; Saturday WFH 9.30am to 1.00pm
• Basic up to $4,500 + AWS + VB

Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and define Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) requirements for both clients and internal teams, addressing their specific needs and challenges to facilitate efficient information exchange.
• Monitor and resolve issues with EDI transactions, swiftly identifying and rectifying errors or discrepancies to ensure smooth data flow.
• Provide product and technical support to customers and internal staff regarding EDI guidelines and functionalities.
• Conduct testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting on EDI/B2B applications, escalating unresolved technical issues to the Manager or relevant business teams.
• Gather rates from vendors and partners (e.g., ocean freight, air freight, handling charges, etc.).
• Organize rates in Excel spreadsheets.
• Format spreadsheets for easy reference, incorporating features such as filters.
• Analyze trends and generate reports to interpret data effectively.
• Assist in the preparation of quotation proposals, RFQs/bids, and other relevant documentation.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience working as an EDI Analyst or in a similar role.
• Solid understanding of business processes and workflows, particularly in supply chain, logistics
• Experience in Cargowise EDI
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to handle large volumes of data and ensure data integrity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, while meeting tight deadlines

Job Description

· Develop a thorough understanding of our complete range of product

· Responsible for preparing quotations, proposal according to customers' requirements

· Plan sales visits, customer calls

· Service existing clients and proactively identify and develop new customers and markets

· Conduct product training and presentation to customers

· Follow up on sales lead, sales orders and deliveries

· Provide application/product support to customers and internal sales team

· Provide post sale and presale application and sales support by analyzing and recommending solutions to meet customer’s needs.

· Using technical skills to demonstrate to potential customers the usefulness of the product and how it may suit the customer better than competing products.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree in Electronics / Electrical / Engineering/ Industrial/ Mechatronic
• No experience required/ Entry level candidates are welcome to apply
• Passion for automation, with creative and adaptive approaches
• Good communication skill and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively
• Training on products will be provided.
