Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling invoicing tasks, ensuring smooth coordination of all billing activities, including addressing billing-related inquiries across different departments.
• Generate daily invoices for new customers and monthly invoices for recurring customers.
• Prepare and send statements of account (SOA) to customers promptly.
• Maintain and update the customer database.
• Assist in the preparation of spreadsheets, reports, and correspondence, and perform reporting activities in accordance with specific deadlines.
• Reconcile daily e-payments and apply them against individual invoices.

Account Sales Executive (CCTV/ Security System)

• Permanent role
• Basic up to $3,500 + AWS + Commission
• Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm

Responsibilities:

Achieving Monthly Sales Targets:

• Source new projects from both new and existing subscribers.
• Conduct sales presentations and negotiations.
• Prepare security designs and proposals.
• Secure contracts and meet individual sales targets as agreed with the Account Manager.

Post-Sales Activities:

• Provide customer service and manage customer relations.
• Coordinate the installation of secured contracts, including the application of telephone lines.
• Work with technical teams to ensure installation and commissioning are completed within the given time frame and to customer satisfaction.
• Follow up on payment status from customers.
• Participate in all customer rapport programs as agreed upon by the Customer Service Department.

Sales-Related Duties and Tasks:

• Collect and share useful market and competitor information gathered from external parties.
• Participate in marketing and new business development activities as assigned by the Account Manager.

Overall Safety Performance:

• Ensure overall safety performance when executing daily tasks.

Job Scope:

• To research and develop new products and services

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification Diploma in Electronics
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in security system testing, preferably with exposure to alarm systems, CCTV systems, and access control systems
• Familiarity with testing methodologies and tools used in security system evaluation
• Strong understanding of electronic security principles and operation of various security system components
• Proficiency in basic IT knowledge is required
• Proficiency in technical documentation and reporting
• Ability to conduct presentation for internal customers and management
• Entry level with relevant internship experience is welcome
