About the Brand Manager/Senior Manager (five months) Role:
The position centres on orchestrating comprehensive marketing strategies encompassing both above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) initiatives, evaluating brand efficacy, conducting portfolio assessments, overseeing packaging artwork creation, and managing budgets across eight diverse markets. Working closely with the Cluster Brand Head, the role entails coordination with various cross-functional teams such as sales, media, consumer insights, artwork planning, legal, trade marketing, finance, research, and supply chain. This collaborative effort aims to craft and implement effective plans tailored to each market, ensuring brand success and market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategise and execute brand campaigns, product launches, and expansions globally
- Lead stakeholder engagement from planning to evaluation stages
- Develop integrated communication strategies and oversee media execution
- Analyse performance metrics and manage brand finances efficiently
- Manage product portfolio discussions and oversee promotional activities
- Coordinate packaging projects and artwork development
- Foster team collaboration for brand success and growth
To succeed in this Brand Manager/Senior Manager (five months) role, you must be be highly analytical and numerically capable to properly assess brand performance on a monthly basis, with the aid of the Consumer Insights team.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of five years of relevant experience
- Strong marketing fundamentals, analytical stability and reasoning with good time and project management skills
- Comfortable with ambiguity and taking responsibility in a pro-active manner, with familiarity in Nielsen Answers and SAP
- Agile and capable of adapting/ multi-tasking in a fast paced and continuously changing environment
- High sense of responsibility and pro-activity i.e. anticipates problems and proposes solutions (entrepreneurial and commercial mindset)
