Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating vessel operations, including scheduling, crew changes, and port clearance.
• Maintain accurate records of vessel activities, including voyage reports and crew details.
• Monitor vessel performance and fuel consumption, highlighting any concerns or discrepancies.
• Assist in the procurement of spares, supplies, and services for the vessels.
• Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and service providers to ensure timely delivery and resolution of issues.
• Organize and maintain vessel certificates, licenses, and permits.
• Support in the preparation and submission of regulatory and compliance reports.
• Assist with financial administration, including verifying invoices and managing vessel budgets.
• Provide general administrative support to the fleet management team.

• Minimum Diploma in Maritime Studies or related field.
