Royal Ocean Marine, a reputable company in the maritime industry, is seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our client's team as a Vessel Catering Support Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for managing catering operations on board vessels to ensure the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-paced team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all aspects of vessel catering operations
- Plan and execute menu planning, food procurement, and inventory management
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Manage catering staff, including training and monitoring performance
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of catering provisions
- Handle customer feedback and complaints promptly and effectively
- Pleasant Personality , Flexible, Committed, Helpful, Team Player & Fast Learner
- Professional Level / some work experience (prefer) , Training is provided
- Able to work during weekends (Once every few weeks / rotate)
