Responsibilities

• Create and send out invoices to customers
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of all transactions in the accounts receivable system
• Resolve customer billing inquiries and disputes
• Perform account reconciliations and prepare aging reports
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
• Maintain customer files and records
• Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or related role
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

As the Senior Facilities / Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting the Facility / Maintenance Manager in overseeing all manufacturing operations and ensuring the smooth and efficient production processes. You will work closely with the production team to optimize productivity, improve quality, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Facilities / Maintenance Manager in managing and leading the team to meet targets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving measures
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and implement quality control measures
• Monitor production schedules and resource allocation to optimize efficiency
• Develop and maintain documentation and procedures related to processes
• Manage and resolve any production issues or bottlenecks
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
