• Review and verify invoices and expense claims for accuracy and completeness
• Process payments to vendors and ensure timely payment
• Perform reconciliation of vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts payables
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts payables transactions
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Assist in managing and supervising the workshop personnel in performing maintenance and repair services to marine vessels including routine maintenance, mechanical and electrical repairs, and inspections.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, policies, and procedures.
