- Manage the CEO's calendar and schedule, prioritizing appointments and meetings
- Prepare and organize documents and reports for meetings and presentations
- Assist in the implementation of strategic initiatives and projects
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and other departments, stakeholders, and clients
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes
- Organize travel arrangements and itineraries for the CEO as required
- Able to travel within China and Malaysia
Requirements
- Diploma /Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience in an executive assistant /office admin or similar role, preferably supporting senior management
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Experience in the HR/ office admin/ PA/ Logistic / Marine and Offshore / Shipping industry is a plus
- Class 3 or car driving license / own transport will be a plus ( Company can provide transport if do not have own transport
