Roles:
Basic customer service duties like answering of calls, scheduling appointments for customers.
Building and nurturing positive relationships with your customers.
Analyzing customer feedback through surveys and customer service interactions.
Providing product or service information to customers.
Possess a positive, warm and friendly attitude to welcome customers
Other ad-hoc duties when assigned
Requirements:
Customer-oriented and approachable.
Well groomed and trustworthy
Able to handle English and Mandarin speaking customers
Able to communicate clearly and anticipate customer’s needs
Preferably with experience in similar/related industry; Spa, Hotels, Airlines, Customer Service and etc.
Be a team player with a positive mindset
A kind and sincere personality is an advantage
