What you’ll achieve:

The Senior Solutions Consultant will work with the Outseer Sales team to deliver online and in person product demonstrations, presentations and expert advice. This position acts as the trusted technical advisor when engaging with customers, prospects, and partners. The primary focus is to influence potential and existing customers by explaining how Outseer’s technology meets business requirements, while collaborating and supporting Outseer’s sales team in their efforts to champion and sell Outseer products.

The Senior Solutions Consultant will be responsible for a sales territory and work with customers in the financial industry to help them fight fraud and better serve their customers by leveraging the full potential of Outseer solutions and services. It is an exciting role that would allow you to contribute to the Outseer success while growing professionally and being on the forefront of fraud management and mitigation.

You will:

· Build relationships within the account to become the trusted technical advisor.

· Use knowledge of fraud, financial services industry and Outseer products to assess and educate customers on the value of Outseer using consultative selling skills.

· Build in-depth knowledge of clients’ fraud detection priorities, challenges and initiatives and map those needs to Outseer products and services.

· Proactively assist the sales team to develop and implement specific account penetration strategies and sales plans.

· Develop relationships with the extended account team, partners, and customers in support of sales objectives. Engage and leverage company resources and personnel as appropriate. Strategize, plan and execute technical sales calls.

· Create presentations, proposals, RFx responses and documentation related to Outseer solutions and services to meet customer and sales objectives. Accurately complete top-quality presales documentation on time.

· Qualify sales opportunities in the terms of customer technical requirements, competition, decision making process and funding. Provide a supporting role in regional Sales and Services Leadership Meetings.

· Use knowledge of competitive solutions to effectively address customer objections to Outseer solutions.

· Working in conjunction with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management to be the technical bridge between the customer and Outseer to communicate relevant feedback and customer requirements.

· Take ownership of the technical relationship with customers within your sales territory to drive customer satisfaction by proactively managing and delivering relevant information to our customers both onsite and online.

· Participate in trade shows, seminars and other industry events including public speaking responsibilities.

Essential Requirements

· A Consultant mindset. Use product to solve the problem, rather than sell the product.

· 6+ years working in technical pre-sales, sales engineering or solution consulting

· Experience with authentication solutions and/or payments and/or fraud management solutions in financial services industry.

· Confident of speaking and presenting in front of senior level contacts within customers and large audiences while clearly and convincingly delivering your message.

· A strong knowledge of the internet security market threats including phishing, malware, social engineering, account takeover, scams, consumer fraud.

· Ability to manage several complex customer requirements and situations, navigate long sales cycles and efficiently handle internal and external objections.

· Ability to be a vocal and effective customer advocate to Product Management and other internal resources.

· Proven ability to effectively deliver sales results.

· Frequent international travel to Malaysia, Philippines, Japan

· Excellent written and spoken English business communication skills

What you’ll achieve:

The Senior Fraud Advisor is a key member of Outseer's Customer Success team, responsible for delivering exceptional fraud detection and prevention services to customers. This role requires advanced expertise in fraud analysis, data analytics, and consultative skills to ensure customers effectively utilize Outseer products for detecting and rejecting fraudulent activities. The Senior Fraud Advisor will engage directly with customers, providing expert guidance, conducting in-depth data analysis, and facilitating successful consulting engagements.

Customer related engagements may include a deep analysis of data to determine the best possible rules, provide expert guidance on how our products work and provide the missing link between customer experiences/issues and the product’s internal development and future enhancements. Having a strong data analytics background is a necessary skill for this role while also being able to successfully communicate with customers.

Essential Requirements

· Analytical Consulting: Utilize an advanced data analytics background to perform in-depth data analysis, identify complex fraud patterns, and provide expert guidance on rule enhancements for customers. Offer consultative services on best practices for effectively managing fraud detection using Outseer products.

· Customer Engagement: Lead end-to-end execution of consulting engagements by evaluating customers' utilization of Outseer systems, conducting comprehensive data analysis, and delivering expert guidance. Serve as a subject matter expert, answering customer questions, explaining system usage, and guiding customers on best practices.

· Customer Meetings: Facilitate and lead regular customer-facing meetings, addressing inquiries, and assisting customers in achieving their fraud detection goals. Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic insights and recommendations to help customers succeed in their fraud prevention efforts.

· Reporting and Analysis: Generate comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on customers' system usage, rule performance, and actionable recommendations for enhancing future performance. Conduct thorough internal research to address customer inquiries, provide valuable feedback on best practices, and ensure timely resolution of fraud detection-related issues.

· Data Analysis: Perform intricate analysis of customer data using advanced methodologies to investigate specific customer requests, identify system performance findings, and make informed decisions regarding risk sensors. Present findings through visually appealing and easy-to-understand graphical results, presentations, and reports that cater to both internal teams and customers of varying technical expertise.

· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams and team members to deliver comprehensive solutions and exceptional service to customers. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure customer needs are met, contribute to product development by bridging the gap between customer experiences and product enhancements, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Desired Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems/Science, Mathematics, Statistics/Data Science, etc.) or equivalent experience in technical consulting roles.

· 8+ years’ experience in hands-on data analysis on big data and statistical models.

· 6+ years of demonstrated success in customer-facing engagements/ activities.

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to plan and supervise a wide range of construction projects from start to finish. You will organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements
• Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
• Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
• Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
• Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies
• Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities
