Event Manager
R.S.V.P Communications and Event Agency is a leading Communications & Event Agency dedicated to curating exceptional experiences for our Lifestyle publications such as Vogue Singapore and Robb Report. We are expanding our portfolio of clients to SEA countries including event management services for Luxury and Fashion clients. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Event Manager to join our team and contribute to the success of our high-profile events in SG and beyond.
Responsibilities:
1. Event Planning and Execution:
- Plan, organize, and execute fashion-focused events, ensuring seamless operations and a high level of client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external vendors to deliver events that align with brand objectives.
2. Budget Management:
- Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure favourable terms and pricing.
3. Venue Coordination:
- Identify and secure suitable event venues in alignment with the agency's aesthetic and client requirements.
- Oversee venue setup, ensuring it reflects the brand's image and meets event objectives.
4. Logistics and Timeline Management:
- Create detailed event timelines and oversee logistics to guarantee smooth event flow.
- Anticipate and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during events
5. Stakeholder Communication:
- Communicate effectively with clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure all parties are well-informed and aligned with event goals.
6. Post-event Evaluation/ Reporting:
- Conduct thorough evaluations of events, gathering feedback and metrics to continuously improve future projects.
- Provide comprehensive event reports to clients and management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Event Manager, preferably in the fashion or lifestyle industry.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail.
- Familiarity with the Singapore events landscape.
- Ready to travel
