Requirements:

1. Must have LTA Projects experience

2. Possess relevant safety certificates such as BCSS etc with have an added advantage.

3. Software knowledge: CAD, MS Project

4. Able to work independently, proactive and self-motivated

Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly QAQC reports.
• Monitor and implement the Quality Management System (QMS), including the Project Quality Plan, procedures, and other documents.
• Advising managers and clients on improvements and new strategies.
• Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required.
• Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.
• Traveling from the office to various sites as required.
• Performs other tasks or ad-hoc as assigned.
• Coordinate and liaise with all parties in the project team, including authorities, consultants, sub-contractors, suppliers, etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, engineering, management, or similar.

Responsibilities:

• To assist the Mechanical Engineer for the execution of the project.
• Ensure all the projects meet clients requirements.
• Coordinate and liaise with all parties in the project team, including authorities, consultants, sub-contractors, suppliers, etc.
• Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.
• Propose alternative work method or other ways to increase productivity.

• Coordinate and liaise with all parties in the project team, including authorities, consultants, sub-contractors, suppliers, etc.
• Able to prepare shop drawings, as built drawings of construction services.
• Manage the inventory of construction materials and equipment, maintaining strict cost controls to ensure project stays within budget and completion on time.
• Develop and enforce safety protocols to minimize risks on-site.
• Arrange daily schedule allocation for projects.
• Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.
• Ableto visualize site condition, site meetings and thorough inspections, maintaining close communication with subcontractors to track the advancement of project phases.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepares 2D & 3D presentations and design drawings.
2. Compliance with safety regulations and industry standard.
3. Prepares and modifies schematic and production drawings.
4. Ensure compliance with construction drawings, project specifications, client's needs, and authorities' codes and standards as well as develop solutions to technical & design problem.
5. Attending design and construction meetings, to participate in Client liaison, authority consultation, liaise with Consultants and Subcontractors.
6. Performs other tasks or ad-hoc as assigned.

Qualifications:
1. To possess a Diploma/Bachelor degree in Architecture or equivalent.

2.To have at least 3-5 years of related working experience in similar role.

3. Proficient in designing Software (AutoCAD etc.).

4. Knowledge in construction and contractual procedures, familiar with design specifications and construction drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist to prepare documentation for regulatory approvals and permit.

2. Coordinator with client and engineer to ensure the specification are met.

3. Responsible for AutoCAD drawings for submissions ranging from conceptual design to construction development.

4. Develop 2D and 3D drawings according to customer specifications using AutoCAD programs.

5. Ensure all designs comply with industry standards, local regulations, and client specifications.

6. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure accurate interpretation of drawings.

7. Revise drawings and layouts to accommodate changes and enhancements as required.

8. Performs other tasks or ad-hoc as assigned.

Qualification:

1. Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.

2. Proficient in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).

3. Effective communication skill, both written and verbal.

4. To have at least 5 years of related working experience in similar role.

5. Strong understanding of construction processes and design principles.
