I’m looking to hire a part time assistant starting immediately. This role involves handling sensitive information, managing schedules, organizing files, and assisting with a variety of tasks.
The role would entail:
- Assist is creating and maintaining reports, spreadsheets and other documents.
- Business development support for organisational growth
- Schedule management
- Organising files and folders
- Maintaining digital assets
Required Qualifications:
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience as an administrative assistant or in a related field.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello) is a plus.
Candidate must be availabe for 2-3 days a week. Hours are flexible
