Responsibilities

• Support the Integrated Marketing team in campaign and design work to win new business. This includes conceptualizing, exploring art directions and producing artwork for social, print and digital platforms.
• Support clients in daily tasks that include designing layouts, infographics and producing videos to create communications collaterals.
• Support marketing collaterals for the agency. Design collaterals and generate templates to help elevate our company’s visual identity. This applies to internal documents, client-facing materials and social media.
• Stay up to date with latest lifestyle trends such as top shows on Netflix, latest Tiktok challenges and new gradient trends which drive designers mad.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree undergrad in Digital Arts/Graphic Design or related discipline
• Technical capabilities with Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
• Adaptable to work collaboratively on the cloud
• Possess communication skills and openness to understand, explain and discuss briefs and ideas
• Familiar with Spark AR and ability to work on basic motion graphics and video editing an added advantage

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct comprehensive media monitoring across various platforms, encompassing news websites, social media, and other relevant channels (utilising media monitoring tools as necessary).
• Curate and consolidate pertinent content pertaining to the organisation, industry landscape, and trending topics.
• Evaluate media coverage and calculate the Advertising Value Equivalent (AVE) for each selected clipping.
• Prepare and deliver daily media monitoring reports summarising media coverage; with translation when needed.
• Consolidate weekly and monthly reports.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree in PR / Political Science / Media/Communication or equivalent
• Language skills: Fluency in English. Command of another language is considered a plus;

• Ensure Contracts and Terms and Conditions of Business are issued and signed by all new clients prior to the commencement of work;

Business Development

• Actively develops own business contacts through professional activities to generate new business leads;
• Manage the entire new business process from attending briefing sessions to leading brainstorm sessions, delegating key tasks and developing new business proposals;
• Identify opportunities for organic growth with existing clients and introduces existing clients to Ruder Finn offices in other geographies to contribute to the global growth of the firm.

The Role

• Experience in B2B and B2C communication and content development
• Identify, develop and manage relationships with key target media and influencers - identify opportunities for increased mindshare and scale the relationships..
• Experience with developing and executing internal communications campaigns including recommendation on content. messaging and channels
• Liaison with media for driving long term brand communication
• Identify industry and media trends and craft trending content on related themes

Your Experience
