We are a leading Specialist Coating Contractor seeking an experienced and dynamic candidate to join our project team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of managing multiple site projects, including:
• Leading the team and coordinating submissions, mobilization, and execution.
• Overseeing site meetings, progress claims, and ensuring the timely and efficient completion of projects with both in-house teams and subcontractors.
• Maintaining high standards of quality and productivity throughout the project lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will be independent, a strong leader, a meticulous planner, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with computer applications and project management software is preferred.
Job Requirements:
• Preferably a Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Building or a related field recognized by BCA.
• Minimum 8 years of proven experience in a managerial role within the local construction/building industry.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with local regulations, codes, and statutory requirements.
