Responsibilities

· Planning/Controlling/Monitoring/Managing & Directing the assigned project resources to best meet project

objective.

· Ensures all changes to specifications, work scopes, and drawings are properly documented.

· Efficient management of resources and materials

· Responsible for project and site supervision, attend site meetings, coordination with sub-contractors, suppliers,

consultants and clients and all scope of work that is required in the smooth implementation of a successful project

development.

· Assist in resolving any issues or challenges that may arise during the project execution.

· Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.

· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

· Manage material at the construction site to ensure zero wastage and no overstock of material.

· Manage manpower and overtime costs to ensure optimal cost-benefit within or below budget.

· Coordinate and communicate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.

· Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

· Min 3 years of relevant experiences in Interior Fit-out Industry

· Minimum higher NITEC / Diploma holders or candidates with relevant experience and proven track records will also be considered.

· Experience in Construction / Interior Design/ Furniture Industry will be an added advantage.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

· Able to start work within short notice preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Monitoring daily process and progress at Project Sites

· Experience in Interior Trade

· To supervise and manage a group of carpenters/workers & sub-contractor in achieving production targets to meet project datelines.

· To supervise General Workers on the installation and construction issues

· Plan, monitor and arrange assignments for General Workers and Carpenters

· Perform quality check and ensure furniture/cabinets are fabricated accordingly to construction drawings.

· Attend site meeting.

· Conducts project site Inspection on a regular basis.

· Assist Project Manager/Project Director

· Other Ad-hoc assignment by Superior

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 2 years of working experience with Interior background.

• Minimum higher NITEC / Diploma holders or candidates with relevant experience and

proven track records will also be considered.

• Interior Design / Carpentry / Joinery knowledge preferred.

• Experience in Construction / Furniture Industry will be an added advantage.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Able to start work within short notice preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities

• Preparing and analyzing costing for tenders

· Responsible for quantity take off, sourcing of subcontractors and suppliers

• Prepare and submit variation and cost claims

• Procurement of materials and project related items

· Manage project timeline and cost, carry out rates and commercial negotiations

· Managing the contracts in accordance with the terms and conditions with respect to

· financial complications

· Assist Project Director/Manager/Snr QS on contractual disputes and arbitration

· Others as when instructed by the Management.

Requirements:

· At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position in the renovation industry

· Diploma in Building / Quantity Surveying or equivalent or relevant academic background

· Strong commitment and strict adherence to report deadlines

· Proficient in Microsoft Office

· Highly self-motivated, good working attitude with a high level of professionalism and integrity

· Good team player and adaptable to a dynamic environment

· Good communications & interpersonal skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Able to start work within a short notice preferred
