Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition (11-month contract)
[What you will be working on]
Propose and work on new talent engagement initiatives, including the use of New Media tools to enhance employer branding and market career opportunities to targeted talent pool
Support scholarship and internship programs to attract and build early talent pipeline
Establish hiring requirements by understanding organization plans and objectives by liaising with hiring managers to discuss manpower needs
Support end-to end Talent Acquisition function, which covers sourcing, screening, facilitating interviews and managing offer process etc
Manage multi-channel recruitment approach to meet recruitment needs and identify opportunities to expand sourcing channels
Recommend and implement strategies to streamline recruitment processes and procedures
[What we are looking for]
Background in Human Resources or other relevant HR qualifications
Minimum 2 years of work experience in Human Resources/ Talent Acquisition function
Meticulous, good written and verbal communication skills and good interpersonal skills
Able to work independently, multi-task and coordinate well across all levels
