Roles and Responsibilities
· Handle sea freight operations and customer service matters with customers and agents
· Complete all necessary documentation, including billing invoices.
· Manage container inventory and flow
· Support and coordinate with customer service and sales teams located in Asia
· Manage full operations for ocean freight import/export.
· Assist the sales team with operations and quotations
· Complete documentation and operations for sea freight, including permit applications, shipment data, billing, and other operational tasks.
Requirements
· Diploma/Degree in relevant discipline
· Fluent in English, with additional proficiency in Chinese to effectively communicate with customers from China and Hong Kong, both in written and spoken forms
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Candidates with ocean freight and/or container equipment inventory control management experience preferred but those without experience are welcome to apply
